Yes, where the selected service permits it. Submitting a card for removal from another company's holder authorises CLV to open that holder. CLV may refuse removal where there is an unacceptable risk of damage.

CLV grades are final. The final grade is based on the complete assessment of the card and is not necessarily a simple arithmetic average of its subgrades.
